For firm owners
We back good firms and keep them busy.
Liberty Firms takes positions in independent contractors and service firms around the Inland Empire, then puts the network to work winning and delivering jobs together.
The deal
Partnership, not lead generation.
We are not selling you leads and we are not buying you outright. The model sits in between: shared upside, shared standards, and a network that makes every firm in it easier to hire.
A real stake
We work on a retainer or an equity position, with revenue share on the work we bring. The structure depends on the firm and the fit. It is simple, in writing, and meant to last.
Work that fits
Clients come to Liberty with a need. We scope it and bring it to the partner best placed to deliver it, so you spend your time on the work instead of chasing it.
You stay you
Partner firms stay independent. We do not absorb you, rebrand you, or publish a partner list. Discretion runs in both directions.
Who we look for
Good work, run by someone who owns it.
The current network covers digital agency, fleet management, automotive, general contracting, HVAC, and consulting. We add firms deliberately, in trades we cover and in ones we do not yet.
- An established firm in or near the Inland Empire
- Owner-led, with someone who answers the phone
- Work you would put your own name on, because we will be putting ours
- Capacity to take on more without dropping quality
- In one of our current trades, or something the network is missing
How it starts
Slow is fine. Vague is fine. Start anyway.
- 1
A conversation
No pitch deck required. Tell us what your firm does and where you want it to go.
- 2
A first job
Where it makes sense, we start small: one scoped job together to see how the fit feels on both sides.
- 3
Paperwork last
Retainer or equity, spelled out in plain terms, and only when both sides want more of it.
